About the Coffee:
This coffee is grown by Mustefa Abakeno, a smallholder farmer in the Agaro region of Jimma, Western Ethiopia. At 2,000–2,100 meters above sea level, the high altitude and heirloom varietals create a vibrant, complex cup. Mustefa is known for his innovative processing at the Beshasha wet mill, producing outstanding washed coffees.

Brewing Tip:
This medium roast has been designed to work well with any brew method including espresso, pour over, aeropress and cafetiere.
