Just a few miles from Moon Roast, Hattingley Valley Wines has grown into one of the UK’s leading wineries. Known for its innovative spirit and commitment to quality, Hattingley crafts award-winning English wines by hand, enjoyed across the UK and exported to 16 countries worldwide.

Our relationship with Hattingley Valley stretches back more than a decade. As one of Moon Roast’s very first customers, the winery has been drinking our coffee since the beginning, currently brewing Stellar Filter, while occasionally rotating favourites such as Lunar, Ethiopia Beshasha and Colombia San Sebastian.

Recently, we visited the winery for a behind-the-scenes tour, gaining insight into the meticulous process behind Hattingley’ s celebrated wines. Every stage reflects the care and craftsmanship that has helped establish Hattingley Valley as one of England’s most successful wine producers. Visitors can experience this dedication first-hand through guided tours, where they can learn the Hattingley story and enjoy tastings of their exceptional wines.

Though coffee and wine may seem worlds apart, both are rooted in craft, patience and a pursuit of quality, values that continue to shape our long-standing relationship.
