Part of the Tierradentro region located on the western side of Cauca, a region that is 80% inhabited by an indigenous tribe called the Paeces. The average size of the farms here is 0.5 to 1.5 hectares, each producing microlots. Working together as a community they are able to combine their harvests to create a large enough volume to be sold to buyers.
